OUR CANCELLATION-REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Conditions:

- You have the right to cancel your orders before the products are delivered to the cargo. You can send us your order cancellation requests via ca-gi@outlook.com or +90 553 294 3993.

Return Conditions:

- You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

- In order for the products to be returned, they must be in their original box, complete and undamaged.

- The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

- Products that have been opened, used or damaged.

- Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. personal care products).

Return Process:

- After your return request is approved, you can send the product back via the contracted cargo company by covering the shipping costs.

- Your payment will be refunded to the account information you provided to us via Money Order/EFT within 7 business days after the product reaches us.
