ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's www.ca-gi.shop website.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

The basic features of the Product/Products (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are available on the Seller's website. The prices and promises announced on the site are valid until updated or changed. The announced timed prices are valid until the end of the specified period.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the contractual product/products specified in Article 3 and all preliminary information regarding delivery and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3. The Seller accepts and undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, together with the warranty documents and user manuals, if any, and to carry out the delivery in accordance with the legal requirements.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing within this period and the product must not have been used.

ARTICLE 6 - COMPETENT COURT IN CASE OF DISPUTE

In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller are authorized, in accordance with the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Trade every year.
